1. Educational communication guidance

Better Flirting provides general educational content and tools about flirting and dating communication. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal or HR advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. If you are struggling with anxiety, distress or a difficult situation, please speak to a qualified professional.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and its tools.

3. No guaranteed outcome

No guide, tool or product can guarantee that anyone will be attracted to you, reply to you, date you or form a relationship with you. Results depend on many factors outside anyone’s control, most importantly the other person’s own feelings and choices.

4. Respect for consent and boundaries

You are responsible for how you communicate with other people. You agree to respect other people’s consent, boundaries and responses, including a no.   • Payment is processed by Stripe. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product.
  • Access is stored in your browser and restored with your personal access link. Keep that link private.
  • AI-powered tools are subject to reasonable usage limits to keep the service available for everyone.
  • Refunds: if you’re not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or its tools, bypass rate limits or access controls, or resell or redistribute the product.

9. Intellectual property

All content, tools and branding on this site belong to Better Flirting unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short quotations with attribution.

10. Liability

The site and tools are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Better Flirting is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
